• Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs
• Map decisions with requirements and translate them for developers
• Identify optimal solutions that meet client requirements
• Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation
• Write and review design documents detailing overall architecture and high-level design for developers

• Total experience of 7.5+ years in relevant fields
• Hands‑on experience in Python (Fast API) for backend development and API design
• Strong front-end experience using React.js, including component design and state management
• Experience with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 FHIR resources and profiles
• Strong database experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, schema design, and query optimization

• Experience working with AWS cloud services such as API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB
• Solid experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system design
• Experience with cloud‑native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Cloud Formation)
