- Design, implement, and operate AI systems in Palantir Foundry that process complex healthcare data
- Construct Foundry Ontology and Object Views for revenue cycle entities, ensuring reliable consumption by downstream applications
- Build and maintain data pipelines, implementing data health checks and automated releases for production reliability
- Collaborate with product, operations, and domain experts to document decisions and mentor junior engineers
- Champion engineering best practices to ensure secure and maintainable systems
- Proven ability to ship production applications on Foundry, with experience in data ingest, Ontology, Workshop, and Code Workbooks
- Data engineering proficiency in SQL, Python, and (Py)
Spark, including source control and release practices for data pipelines - Strong foundation in senior software engineering principles, including designing scalable systems and cross‑functional collaboration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or related fields
- Familiarity with healthcare operations/RCM, including compliance with regulations such as HIPAA
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML systems, particularly in production search, ranking, and generative systems
- Experience building data pipelines to source data into Foundry
- Knowledge of regulated industries and their compliance needs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience with FHIR/HL7, claims, and denials in a healthcare context
- Comfort in taking projects from inception to production and maintenance
