• Assist with the development and modernization of an existing platform according to enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to identify and log technical issues or risks
• Contribute both individually and as a team player on software development projects
• Migrate existing application components from Grails to Python‑based Django
• Engage in full stack development and utilize Git Hub for code repository management

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java development with experience in integration patterns and service‑layer platforms
• Understanding of Java/Grails and Python
• Experience in full stack development and knowledge of Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Git Hub code repository management

• Experience with Django
• Skills in diagnosing stack traces and examining application log files
• Previous experience working with business partners to gather system requirements
• Knowledge of Grails for technology integration
• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or veteran status
