Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack; AI Advisor

• Design and build core services and interfaces that turn natural-language goals into compliant product workflows
• Implement risk and compliance guardrails directly into execution paths
• Collaborate with various product teams to externalize features through AI-native experiences
• Troubleshoot and debug complex fullstack issues to ensure system stability and security
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards

• 5+ years of experience in both backend and frontend software development
• Proficiency in Go and Typescript
• Experience with React/React Native
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with financial services, crypto, or high-growth tech environments
• Experience operating in startups and building products from 0-1
• Knowledge of financially regulated products
• Experience in applied AI (Foundational Models, Agents, RAG)
