  Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team in an innovative environment

• Lead, mentor, and manage an engineering team to deliver valuable customer software
• Drive collaboration across technology teams to foster innovation and adhere to architectural guidelines
• Strengthen engineering processes using TDD, BDD, Microservices, and Vertical Slice Architectures
• Partner closely with Product Management for technical guidance on software design and project priorities
• Promote proactive monitoring and continuous improvement for live applications

• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience leading engineering teams
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record in complex projects
• Deep proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, RESTful API design, and cloud-native applications
• Strong proficiency in modern Web UI frameworks such as React and Micro Front End (MFE)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
