We’re looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join our team and help create awesome landing pages, websites, dashboards, and internal tools. In this role, you’ll work on building clean, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with our designers and marketers to bring projects to life and create great online experiences. The consumer team is a newly formed team that is building the future of D2C mental health from scratch. The team is a lean, fast-moving team tasked with taking our newest product from stealth to launch within the next few months. We’re currently in the 'pre-launch' phase, looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want the autonomy to help drive growth for the product from day zero.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly landing pages, websites, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life, ensuring the final product is pixel-perfect and functional.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable HTML, CSS, and React.

  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth user experience on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and other data sources into the frontend.
  • Debug and fix issues or bugs as they arise during development and post-launch.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance user-facing features.
What you need to have:
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and Java script (React.

    JS).
  • 5 years of experience in frontend development and experience with React.

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and experience building mobile-friendly websites.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate with designers.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and working in collaborative coding environments.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for front-end development.
  • Have a Growth Lens where you understand that latency can impact conversion. You build with performance, SEO, and tracking (e.g., GTM, Segment) in mind.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to work with backend data.
  • Tooling Proficiency:
    Expert knowledge of Git, responsive design, and modern deployment pipelines (Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
  • 0→1 Mentality:
    You are comfortable with ambiguity and speed and can make smart trade-offs to meet deadlines without sacrificing the integrity of the codebase.
  • High Agency:
    You don't just wait for a ticket; you identify performance bottlenecks or UI friction and propose solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for clean code.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
