• Build robust, well‑designed software that addresses complex engineering challenges
• Test, review, and deploy code rapidly, managing over 10 deployments per day
• Research and share new techniques for solving engineering problems collaboratively
• Develop tools and practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency
• Own projects from inception to completion, including system performance and UI component design

• Minimum of 7 years of software development experience in mission‑critical applications
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including algorithmic complexity and distributed computing
• Knowledge of design and architecture concepts
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software testing practices
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions with urgency

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, Vue.js, and React
• Strong desire to work in a team‑oriented and open environment
• A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies
