Compliance​/Safety​/CDL Program Manager

This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft

• Maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) per FMCSA and Arizona DOT standards.
• Oversee pre‑employment, random, and post‑accident drug and alcohol testing programs (§
  
  C.1.G.5.a.i).
• Verify CDL and medical card validity, training, and license renewals.
• Interface with City Risk Management and Human Resources Departments (§
  
  C.1.G.5.a.ii).
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain five‑year driver records.
• Investigate vehicle accidents and coordinate incident response documentation (§
  
  C.1.G.5.d).

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Transportation Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of CDL or DOT compliance program management.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA Part 40, 382, and 391 regulations.
• Certified in Substance Abuse Program Administration preferred.
