Part Time Operations Specialist

• Generate and compile operational reports and analyze performance metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in a logistics or operations role
• Familiarity with transportation management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Availability for additional shifts as needed
