Our client are a leading construction consultancy who work with some of the most ambitious clients and projects globally. As a Commissioning Manager, you'll be part of highly experienced, culturally diverse teams delivering complex, mission-critical data centre programmes across Sweden and Denmark.

What you'll be doing
 
Leading and driving the end-to-end commissioning process on major data centre projects
Creating and implementing commissioning strategies, procedures, and scripts
Managing scope, schedule, budget, and interdependencies across multiple partners
Conducting site inspections to ensure QA/QC and commissioning excellence
Collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to solve problems proactively
Overseeing vendor performance and client-appointed commissioning teams
Communicating progress clearly to senior stakeholders and project leadership   
What we're looking for
 
Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, switch gear, generators, and critical mechanical systems
Proven experience commissioning data centre projects
Demonstrated ability to develop detailed commissioning scripts
Background in project management or construction (degree or equivalent experience)
A collaborative mindset, you thrive on building strong relationships and delivering as one team
