QA Specialist - Analyst/Manager
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects or deviations, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality. If you are interested in this role please give me a call .
Salary: $52,000 - $68,000 per year

Work Hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
Education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- First Piece Inspection: Verify the initial setup of a production run against blueprints and CAD models to ensure the process is capable of holding tolerances.
- In-Process Inspection: Perform floor audits and periodic checks during the manufacturing run to catch deviations before they become scrap.
- Final Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive last look at finished metal components, ensuring all dimensions, finishes, and treatments meet customer specifications.
- Equipment Mastery: Utilize a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and [CMM / Optical Comparators if applicable].
- Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) to track quality trends.
