Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Console

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, screening visitors, and assisting staff, patients, and guests with access procedures and general questions.;
Monitor entry activity, verify identification and/or credentials, issue visitor passes, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Answer phones, manage sign-in logs, receive deliveries, and communicate important information to appropriate personnel in a courteous and professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
