Accounts Payable Processing and Disbursements Specialist (BBBH
26075) Coppell, Texas
Financial Additions has a great contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Disbursements Specialist. This is a hybrid position located near Irving.
Responsibilities include:- Maintain AP disbursement schedules based on payment terms and cash flow needs
- Support daily, high-volume payment operations and vendor disbursement activities
- Maintain accurate AP records
- Prepare weekly check runs
- Reconcile vendor accounts, and ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Process vendor payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and online payments
- 2-5 years of Accounts Payable or AP Disbursements experience
- Experience processing high-volume invoices and payments
- Strong understanding of AP workflows and payment processes
- ERP system experience and solid Excel skills required
- Good communication and vendor relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Some college a plus
