Senior Accountant - Coppell - On-Site

LHH is partnering with a growing, fast-paced organization to identify an experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of progressive GAAP experience. • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations across key accounts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and support operational initiatives
• Assist with inventory-related accounting and discrepancy analysis
• Prepare internal financial reports and support cash flow tracking across multiple entities
• Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax filings and regulatory requirements
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Exposure to multi-entity environments; treasury experience is a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
