Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tax Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in preparing U.S. federal and state individual and business tax returns. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your technical skills and grow within the organization.

• Prepare and assist with U.S. federal and state individual and business tax returns.
• Gather, review, and organize financial and tax‑related documentation.
• Ensure tax returns are prepared accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist with tax research and respond to client or internal inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support the tax team during busy filing seasons.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

• Some experience preparing U.S. federal and state individual and/or business tax returns.
• Basic understanding of U.S. tax laws and tax preparation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
