High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an analytical, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a collaborative commercial finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cash application, reconciliations, problem-solving, and process improvement and wants an opportunity to make an impact. If you’re an AR professional who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and improving processes, we’d love to hear from you.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Process and post daily payments, including ACH, wires, and lockbox
- Perform customer, bank, cash, and GL reconciliations
- Research and resolve unapplied cash, credits, discrepancies, and refunds
- Prepare daily cash reporting and investigate variances
- Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Collections, and other teams to resolve AR issues
- Analyze transactional data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement
- Support audits, special projects, and process improvements
- Serve as an AR resource for internal teams and stakeholders
