Description

Process high-volume vendor invoices

Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts

Reconcile vendor statements

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

Prepare and process payment runs

Assist with month-end AP close

Requirements

1+ years of AP experience

Experience processing high-volume invoices

Excel proficiency

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
