We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented On-Site Agency Representative. In this key role, you will manage employee activities, oversee timekeeping and payroll processes, conduct check-ins, and ensure strict adherence to client safety policies. Your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) will be essential in maintaining clear communication and providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
* Experience in employee management or supervision
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payroll processing
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Familiarity with safety policy enforcement and compliance
* Experience with timekeeping and payroll software
* Prior experience in an on-site agency or client-facing role
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; administrative experience preferred
* Previous experience in managing employees or office operations
