Administrative Invoicing Support Representative
DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Invoicing Support Representative in Coppell, TX. The role involves performing billing functions and providing administrative and customer service support to various departments.
Job Responsibilities- Create, verify, and process daily invoices.
- Provide administrative support for all departments.
- Receive daily job tickets, verify work descriptions, extra parts used, and required paperwork.
- Audit job costs entered in the billing system and confirm they match billed amounts.
- Maintain project folders as required.
- Meet production goals and month‑end processing requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Detail‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer proficiency required.
