Dave & Buster's is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer.

This role is a key partner to the COO and plays an important part in helping the Operations organization run effectively across a large, multi-unit business. The Executive Assistant will manage a complex calendar, coordinate extensive travel and field visits, prepare executive materials, support key leadership meetings, and ensure priorities, commitments, and follow-up remain on track.

The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, exercises excellent judgment, anticipates needs before being asked, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This individual must be comfortable working closely with senior executives, field leaders, business partners, and teams across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Strategically manage the COO's complex calendar, ensuring time is aligned to the highest‑priority business needs.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, operating reviews, field visits, leadership meetings, one‑on‑ones, vendor meetings, and other key business engagements.
  • Manage complex domestic travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, detailed itineraries, and last‑minute changes.
  • Coordinate store and market visits to help maximize the COO's time in the field.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, reports, spreadsheets, and other executive‑level documents.
  • Support preparation for Executive Leadership Team meetings, business reviews, Board‑related discussions, and other high‑profile meetings as needed.
  • Track key action items, decisions, commitments, and deadlines to help ensure follow‑through across the Operations organization.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, field leadership, vendors, and external partners.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, and competing priorities and proactively resolve issues.
  • Coordinate leadership events, meetings, conferences, and other special programs.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc business needs on behalf of the COO.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably at the C‑suite level.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a high‑volume, complex executive calendar.
  • Strong experience coordinating executive travel and multi‑market itineraries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Office 365.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions independently within appropriate parameters.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with urgency and composure.
  • Confidence interacting with executives, senior leaders, field teams, and external partners.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong follow‑through.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience supporting a COO, President, CEO, or other senior operating executive.
  • Experience in a large, multi‑unit restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or consumer‑facing organization.
  • Experience working with field‑based leadership teams across multiple markets.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership meetings, operating reviews, or Board‑related materials.
  • Experience coordinating complex travel schedules involving multiple cities or markets.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You
  • Stay two steps ahead and anticipate what the COO will need next.
  • Understand how to prioritize based on business impact and urgency.
  • Are comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment.
  • Remain calm and solution‑focused when schedules or priorities change.
  • Take ownership and drive follow‑through without needing constant direction.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Sweat the details while still understanding the broader business context.
  • Enjoy supporting an executive who spends significant time both in the field and with senior leadership.
  • Take pride in helping the COO and Operations organization operate more effectively.
