The Ecommerce Amazon Analyst is responsible for driving the success of our Amazon business by managing product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring operational excellence across the Amazon ecosystem. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic execution to enhance product visibility, maximize sales performance, and maintain brand integrity. The analyst will collaborate cross‑functionally to manage pricing accuracy, inventory health, and compliance, while leveraging data‑driven insights to identify growth opportunities and resolve complex challenges.

A strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, retail analytics, and marketplace logistics is essential to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Listing & Content Optimization
  • Create and optimize product titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, and brand store pages.
  • Create new item listings before launch date, create variations, request virtual multipack and bundle listings creations to Sparks team.
  • Conduct keyword research to increase organic traffic to PDP and product ranks.
  • Ensure product detail pages meet brand and SEO standards.
  • Ensure content digital assets are live without any restrictions.
  • Manage product portfolio and report weekly on optimization status.
  • Create VIO/BTR orders based on OOS and/or new items as needed.
  • Deep understanding of A9 algorithm to increase visibility and rank higher on Amazon search results.
Pricing & Chargeback Accuracy
  • Confirm and update Amazon list price and submit adjustment requests.
  • Ensure product offers are live and featured.
  • Provide weekly pricing report to the team and make recommendations to increase top line sales.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Sparks team to ensure pricing precision to maximize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal team to increase accuracy of chargebacks and disputes; follow through with second dispute results.
Inventory & Operations
  • Provide weekly out‑of‑stock inventory report and suppress items.
  • Scan and coordinate with the internal team to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Make weekly recommendations to move Amazon oh‑hand inventories and minimize unsellable stocks.
  • Monitor account operational health and address policy warnings, listing suppress ions, and performance notifications.
Brand Protection
  • Remove unauthorized resellers.
  • Keep track of claims and report repeat violations.
  • Training will be provided.
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in e‑commerce with a focus on Amazon; CPG or Food Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon ecosystem:
    Vendor Central, retail Analytics, and FBA/SIOC/logistics.
  • Amazon vendor central listing management experience a must.
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail in all tasks.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and ready to adopt new information quickly.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think creatively, and find innovative, data‑backed solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • A constant desire to learn, ask questions, and seek help when needed.
