Visitor Relations Coordinator

Centralize, record, and organize visitor feedback, questions, and complaints from various contact channels.

Follow up on requests and ensure timely responses. Coordinate the collection of response elements from relevant departments and services. Contribute to the writing and quality of responses provided to visitors.

Organize thematic classification of feedback and questions to facilitate their exploitation. Identify recurring issues, emerging trends, and atypical situations reported by visitors.

Participate in the processing and analysis of verbatims from surveys, complaints, online reviews, and other feedback mechanisms.

Contribute to the production of satisfaction indicators, visitor relationship tracking, and e-reputation monitoring.

Participate in monitoring public expectations and best practices in visitor experience.

Master 1 or Master 2 in cultural mediation, audience development, communication, social sciences, sociology, or cultural organization management.

Interest in user relations, visitor experience, and continuous quality improvement.

Excellent writing skills and ease in formulating responses tailored to different audiences.

Analytical and synthesis skills to exploit quantitative and qualitative data.

Organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files. Proficiency in office tools and ease with data tracking and processing tools. Listening skills, diplomacy, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Interest in cultural and scientific institutions, and the issues of accessibility and visitor experience.

Position available as an apprenticeship contract.
