This role is responsible for executing periodical reporting and data gathering responsibilities. The position requires a self-starter with high attention to detail to perform daily reviews and ensure timely action on pending items. This is a hybrid role based in Texas.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and process the receipt of financials, including communicating with members regarding missing reports and facilitating extensions, waivers, or fines.
- Enter financial data accurately into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track it through the approval workflow.
- Oversee the production and review of daily surveillance emails and track related workflows to completion.
- Conduct daily reviews for items that require same-day action.
- Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge: A background in financial reporting components, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets, is necessary.
- Knowledge of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions is also required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
- Effective communication skills are required for this role.
