A well-established design-build contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with internal teams, clients, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and change orders
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist with preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and project planning
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience managing projects from conception through completion
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple project stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with industrial, logistics, distribution, or commercial construction projects preferred
- Industrial and logistics facilities
- Maintenance and service facilities
- Commercial and office buildouts associated with industrial developments
