This role plays a key part in shaping how ideas are transformed into structured, engaging, and high-performing content across You Tube and other digital platforms.

About the Role

The Youtube Content Producer leads the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality educational content across You Tube, including live and recorded formats.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Coppell, Texas office. We are looking for someone who can fully commit to the role and whose schedule can support filming days, production schedules, live events, and other content needs as they arise.

This role is responsible for transforming complex subject matter into engaging, structured, and audience-focused content. The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction with production management skills to ensure every piece of content is delivered with clarity, energy, and impact.

In addition to content strategy, we're looking for someone with a strong understanding of video production, scripting, filming, editing workflows, and You Tube and Instagram best practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing content for You Tube or Instagram, can identify great moments during filming, collaborate closely with editors to improve pacing and audience retention, and takes initiative to continuously improve content quality and increase overall content output.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Dallas-based (in-office role at our Coppell Office)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week onsite. This role requires your full professional commitment and is expected to be your primary focus. Hybrid flexibility may be available in the future based on performance and business needs.

Compensation: $30–$50 USD per hour (Contractor)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content planning and pre-production for educational and thought leadership content initiatives.
  • Develop episode concepts, content outlines, scripts, and detailed run-of-show documents for production days.
  • Direct and guide talent during shoots to ensure strong delivery, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Manage production days end-to-end, ensuring shoots remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
  • Collaborate closely with creators and subject matter experts to bring content ideas to life.
  • Coordinate with videographers and editors to ensure proper capture of footage, assets, and creative direction.
  • Review edited videos and provide feedback on pacing, storytelling, audience engagement, and viewer retention.
  • Identify strong moments that can be repurposed into You Tube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
  • Help develop compelling titles, hooks, thumbnails, and packaging that improve video performance.
  • Oversee both pre-recorded and live content production formats, including You Tube live streams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve audience retention, content quality, production value, and overall content output.
  • Ensure all content aligns with educational goals, brand standards, and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience producing educational, expertise-driven, or thought leadership content.
  • Hands-on experience managing or producing content for You Tube and/or Instagram.
  • Experience collaborating with editors or reviewing edits; basic video editing experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of video production, scripting, filming, and editing workflows.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, entertaining, and high-value content.
  • Experience working directly with creators, founders, or subject matter experts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and content performance.
