Receptionist​/Administrative Assistant

Apply Now We are looking for a receptionist with high-energy and excellent customer service skills to join the BMS family. BMS is a family owned luxury automotive repair facility that has been servicing the DFW metroplex for over 15 years. Bimmer Motor Specialists - Coppell, TX

• Answer all calls in a professional and friendly tone and screen when necessary.
• Check-in and create Repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle.
• Assist with any and all Customer Service situations. Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy.
• Greet customers and enter customer information into our system.
• Schedule weekly appointments accordingly.
• Understand and take note of customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Follow-up & Updates when needed.
• Create callback notes for service advisor.
• Consistently check email and texts for client communications.
• Support the staff.
• Check out and handle client payments accordingly.
• Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable.

• Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Attention to detail with a strong organizational ability.
• Ability to concentrate and listen amid distractions and interruptions; able to work under pressure.
• Ability to take complete messages; including names, numbers, etc.
• Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual.
• Possess excellent customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and understand English, including reading and writing. Spanish is a plus.
• 3 or more years of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry is a plus.

Fulltime, Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
