We are a growing company looking for motivated and positive individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, we encourage you to apply! This position is in-office only and offers a great work schedule, supportive leadership, and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7 hours/day)

Pay:
Starting at $14.00/hour + Performance Bonus (Dialer)

Full Time: $17.00/hour + Performance Bonus (Collector)

Please note:

This is not a sales position, but it is a sales-driven environment.

Remote/Hybrid positions are not available. In-office only.

• Make outbound calls and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them to the right information.
• Document call details and update customer information in our system.
• Work closely with management to meet quality and performance goals.
• Generate 6 leads per day / 30 per week.
• Maintain a minimum call volume of 10 accounts per hour. 350+ calls per day.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish? - a plus! (not required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and phone navigation skills.
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow.

Reliable attendance is essential for this role.
