Customer Service Representative

Location: Coppell, Texas

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional experiences. You’ll be the friendly voice of AO Swag—guiding customers through orders, shipments, and special requests while ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued.

• Respond to customer emails and inquiries quickly, accurately, and with care
• Manage the customer journey: process orders, resolve challenges, and turn tough situations into positive outcomes
• Partner with supervisors and managers to provide tailored solutions for unique customer needs
• Support your team and contribute to departmental projects as needed
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a secure and thriving workplace

• 1+ year of customer service experience or similar role
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills; able to balance policy with empathy
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fast typing skills and comfort navigating digital tools
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
