We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support and grow relationships with our strategic-level accounts across the Americas. This role is critical in driving adoption, delivering measurable business value, and scaling Vusion Group solutions across large, complex customer environments.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer needs, issues, and escalations.
- Drive regular communication cadences such as quarterly business reviews and touchpoints.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts proactively.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and customer goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to optimize ROI and business outcomes.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement.
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally.
- Gather feedback to improve product and services.
- Develop customer champions using case studies and references.
- Experience
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or related client‑facing roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish – verbal and written.
- Proven experience supporting strategic or enterprise‑level clients.
- Experience with cloud platform services, data management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and related technologies.
- Experience in retail technology or digital transformation solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skills
- Customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering excellent customer experience.
- Strong project management skills – managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
- Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with individuals across various operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as required by client needs.
- Education
- BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related STEM or IT field.
