Client Services Specialist

Description

Our Client Services Specialists are highly trained and serve as the first point of contact for our global clientele. This role is not a typical call‑center position; you will receive ongoing and in‑depth training to become a high‑impact resource for clients while contributing to the company’s goals and culture.

• React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs.
• Manage online orders and provide every customer with accurate and exceptional service, closing out each experience with prompt follow‑up.
• Obtain Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures.
• Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service.
• Provide customer feedback to internal parties to continually improve our approach to excellence.

• Fluency with technology.
