Customer Service Representative – Insurance
We’re hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry‑leading insurance call center. The position is full‑time, remote, and requires you to reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX, 75019.
Schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Remote training for about 4 months during which shifts run from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m., Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
• After training, regular work shifts are scheduled between 9:00a.m. and 9:15p.m. on weekdays, and Saturdays from 9:00a.m. to 7:15p.m., with one weekday off granted each week.
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships.
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
- Engage members using strong communication skills and a friendly, problem‑solving mindset.
- Think quickly and critically to resolve issues in an unscripted environment.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking.
- Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude in a fast‑paced, evolving setting.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance.
Work‑From‑Home Requirements
• Dedicated quiet workspace with no interruptions.
• Direct connection to ISP via Ethernet (no DSL, satellite, or hotspot).
• Modem/router in the same room as the computer, minimum download speed 50–100
Mbps, upload speed 10
Mbps.
• Company‑provided computer and partial internet reimbursement.
• Provide documentation of carrier and internet speed.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality remotely.
• Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
• Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for shift adjustments.
What You’ll Need
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred).
- Spanish fluency is a plus; partial bilingual compensation offered.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate systems in real time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX.
