Senior Data Center Customer Success Lead

Csquare is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our data center services. The role involves working closely with clients, addressing their needs, and helping them adopt products effectively.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include developing client success plans and acting as a liaison between the client and product management. Travel may be required up to 50%.
