Logistics Specialist (Bilingual in English and Korean)

• Assign jobs or loads to drivers, technicians, or field staff based on location, availability, and skills
• Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
• Receive and prioritize calls or requests for service, shipments, or assistance
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
• Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
• Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods.
• Be willing to work overtime, including weekends, as needed to meet operational demands.

• Problem‑solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of industry‑specific regulations.
• Familiarity with dispatching software, TMS manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus
