Kings III Emergency Communication is seeking an Emergency Dispatcher for the 1st shift to handle inbound emergency calls from push button phones and monitored devices. No prior dispatcher experience is required as extensive on-the-job training is provided.
You will respond to calls, document updates, and coordinate dispatch to the Elevator Company or authorities when needed, delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
