Customer Service Representative

Description Are you passionate about helping people through challenging financial situations? We are seeking Loss Mitigation Representatives to support homeowners who are experiencing financial hardship and need assistance navigating available mortgage relief options. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for borrowers by answering inbound calls, explaining available assistance programs, reviewing account information, gathering required documentation, and guiding customers through the loss mitigation process with professionalism and empathy.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, can handle sensitive conversations with compassion, and thrives in a structured environment. This opportunity is fully onsite in Coppell, TX (75019) and offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday approximately once every four weeks.

The position begins on September 14th and starts as a 3-4 month contract-to-permanent assignment. Contractors will earn $22/hour plus benefits through Robert Half. Successful employees may be offered permanent employment based on performance and attendance. Upon conversion, employees earn $20/hour base pay plus monthly performance bonuses ranging from $1,700-$3,000+, creating total earning potential equivalent to approximately $30-$37/hour. Permanent employees are also eligible for company benefits, PTO, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth within the organization.

Requirements Important Training & Attendance Requirement:
Training begins September 14th and runs through October 14th. Attendance during this initial 30-day training period is mandatory and considered job-impacting. Because of the extensive training provided, attendance issues during this period may affect continued employment eligibility.
