Aquatic Coordinator – Aqua‑Tots Swim School
Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: PT (This role has the potential to grow into a full‑time position, with future advancement opportunities available)
Pay Range: Up to $18 an hour
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the school and season.

Monitor lessons during peak hours, conduct assessments, and coach instructors to maintain Aqua‑Tots teaching standards.
Develop the TeamLead Instructor Water Safety Evaluations (IWSE), assist with trainings and in‑services, and support ongoing instructor development.
Create Excellent Family ExperiencesBuild relationships with families, engage in the lobby, and assist in resolving customer concerns, including NPS feedback.
Maintain Strong OperationsEnsure adherence to First Day processes, grad progression, and overall lesson consistency.
Support Scheduling & CoverageAssist with co‑teaching schedules, waterside coverage, and step in to support subbing needs.
Provide Direct ServiceTeach a minimum of 1 consistent shift per week and work at least 1 deck supervisor shift weekly.
Partner for SuccessCommunicate daily updates with the General Manager, support Propel initiatives, and participate in Level 10 (L10) meetings.
What We’re Looking For- Swim instruction experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Someone who thrives on coaching others, building relationships, and maintaining high standards
- Ability to work both in the water and in a leadership/on‑deck role
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the school
- High School diploma or GED required
- CPR certified (or willing to obtain – we’ll provide training)
- CPO certification (or willingness to obtain in the future)
