Independent Teaching Professional Opportunity – GolfTRK Coppell

GolfTRK Coppell is looking to connect with independent golf instructors who are looking for a premium indoor teaching environment to expand their coaching business.

This opportunity is designed for coaches who already teach independently — or are looking to grow their own coaching brand — by adding access to high-end indoor technology, year-round teaching space, and a modern training environment to their current teaching options.

This is not a staff instructor position with GolfTRK, and instructors will not be teaching GolfTRK members or clients. Coaches will operate as independent contractors, manage their own schedules, generate their own clientele, and collect payment directly from their students. GolfTRK simply provides access to the facility, bays, and technology for instruction.

At GolfTRK, we want this to be a resource for teaching professionals in the area. We understand many coaches already have primary teaching locations, seasonal limitations, weather challenges, or times when indoor access would benefit both them and their students. Our goal is to help provide another professional option that supports and complements what local instructors are already building.

• Pay by the hour access for coaches

• 5am-Midnight access

• Climate-controlled environment during extreme Texas heat and winter conditions
• Evening and after-dark teaching opportunities
• A professional, modern setting for lessons, fittings, and player development

• Coaches teaching outdoors who need reliable weather backup options
• Instructors wanting access to launch monitor technology without owning their own facility
• PGA Professionals looking to expand their lesson business
• Newer coaches looking to build clientele in a professional environment
• Coaches who want additional teaching flexibility during seasonal changes, summer heat, rain, or limited daylight hours

• PGA Professional or working toward PGA Membership preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred
• Open to motivated newer coaches with strong communication skills and passion for player development
• Must be self-motivated and capable of building and managing your own client base

This is intended to be an add-on or extension to your current teaching business — not a replacement for your existing facility or player base.
