Performs specific task to support the development and validation of new process bricks by establishing robust process setting, materials and equipment capability to enable successful development and release of new products to mass production.

• Supports the Line stressing activities of new products/processes towards seamless launch to mass production in meeting performance objectives in Yield, Quality and Cost.
• Participates in the execution of specific task assigned to support the activities in the resolution of major process technical issue in the Assy process with available tools, methodologies.
• Executes specific activities under a project for continuous quality improvement of new products and processes in NPI.
• Ensures proactive quality compliance of new products. In case of technical issues, analyzes and identify root cause of the problems, recommends corrective actions, evaluate effectiveness of corrective action taken in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Graduate of Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree in either:
  Industrial Technology major in Electronics, Electronical, Mechanical etc.
• minimum of 2 years in semiconductors assembly as EOL Process Technician
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
