• Material engineering manager responsible for DA material and Mold compound.
• Lead technical sourcing of DA material and Mold compound.
• Define short range and mid range technical sourcing plan adhered to R&D technical roadmap.
• Define and align supplier landscape with cross-function team.
• Drive the execution of key engineering activities with cross-functional team and BEM&T sites.
• Drive cost savings VA/VE activities.
• Drive multiple sourcing activities.
• Provide technical support on quality escalation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years experience in Die attach or Molding process, and/or Die attach material or Mold compound.
• Technical expertise in Die attach material and/or Mold compound.
• Experience in sourcing is desirable.
• Possessed good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
