Multiple Positions Available:

• Work with the ATS network to drive process stabilization, standardization, time studies, end to end process mapping and continuous improvement for the NAST Network.

• Establish best in class network performance across all performance paths, accelerate implementation of technology advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the ATS network.

• Ensure the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network wide process improvements.

• Work closely with the Benchmarking and Quality teams to identify and define the input metrics for each of the process paths to prioritize and channel resources to address gaps in these input metrics.

• Identify the opportunities across all process paths in both 1P and 3P yards, prioritize the improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to successfully execute.

• Working with Middle Mile transportation technology teams to establish mechanisms to simplify and automate transportation execution for our operations teams

• Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the yards to proactively identify process improvement opportunities within the assigned process path.

• Develop and implement detailed standard operating procedures to support daily operations within optimized operating window for each fulfillment process.

• Partner with operational leaders within TOM/Fulfillment Centers (FC) to execute implementation of process improvements driving stabilization and standardization.

• Deliver coaching and process path information to operational leaders within ATS as it relates to the respective process paths to support reduction of variation in process standards and knowledge gaps.

• Execute, measure and support communication of project impacts in partnership with the site leaders responsible for day-to-day operations.

• Focus on FMEA based analysis to identify variables that generate consistent defects for the transportation network.

• Domestic travel up to 40% to perform role responsibilities may be required

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $119,600/yr to 161,700/yr

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related discipline, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a similar process and building layout design and development role.

Experience must include:

1.3 years' experience working in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, distribution, fulfillment or production/manufacturing environment.
2.3 years' experience using design engineering and drafting tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Visio, or Solid Works.
3.3 years' experience leading cross-functional operations, engineering, or supply chain projects using Lean Management, Six Sigma, or related processes to increase efficiency within manufacturing or supply chain processes.
4.3 years' experience using Excel, including use of lookups and pivot tables
5.3 years' experience reporting and presenting engineering analysis and recommendations to senior management on process improvements.
