We are seeking a Senior Applications Specialist to support critical servicing and contact center platforms, including the Shaw Spectrum Platform
, that enable daily operations across Loan Servicing, Originations, and related teams. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver system stability, configuration, automation, and continuous operational improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Shaw Spectrum Platform and related contact center systems.
- Manage system configuration including workflows, forms, data points, screens, activities, and user-defined fields.
- Administer and support core servicing technologies, including:
- Shaw Spectrum (Collections module and servicing tools)
- Payment solutions (e.g., Speedpay, Money Gram, XTCM)
- Repo, remarketing, and skip‑tracing software platforms
- Provide troubleshooting, system support, and issue resolution for hosted and on‑premise applications.
- Partner with Loan Servicing, Originations, and other business units to optimize workflows, improve efficiencies, and support operational goals.
- Analyze system usage, metrics, and business needs to recommend and implement technology‑driven solutions.
- Support special projects and system enhancements as assigned.

Qualifications Experience- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a call center or servicing environment.
- Shaw Systems / Shaw Spectrum experience strongly preferred, including workflows, forms, and GUI configuration.
- Experience supporting servicing, collections, or originations platforms within a financial services environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL (2019/2022) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to analyze metrics and assess operational impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Mostly remote with periodic in‑office work as needed.
