Director, Value Realization Office (VRO)

The Director will serve as a critical leader within the Transformation Office, responsible for ensuring that the company’s global transformation delivers measurable business impact by establishing an enterprise-wide framework for value realization, including benefits tracking, financial impact governance, and performance reporting. The Director will also serve as the Finance Leader for the Global Shared Services organization, partnering closely with the GSS Leadership team to provide strong budget ownership, financial stewardship, and investment oversight.

The Director will bring rigor to business cases, strengthen value capture discipline, and support effective decision making as the organization navigates transitions and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quantification of transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and ensure impacts are integrated into budgets, forecasts, and long‑range planning.
  • Enforce value capture discipline by ensuring each transformation initiative has a grounded business case and that execution is tracked vs. baseline with clear variance drivers and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Corporate FP&A and Finance stakeholders to ensure consistent forecasting, reporting, and executive narratives for transformation impacts.
  • Partner with Transformation Office leadership to translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for transformation business cases, variance tracking, and executive readouts.
  • Provide financial leadership to the GSS leadership team to support decisions, trade‑offs, and performance transparency as GSS scales.
  • Own end‑to‑end GSS budget governance (planning, forecast, actuals, controls), with clear linkage to transformation impacts where applicable.
  • Improve transparency of GSS cost‑to‑serve through consistent allocation and reporting practices.
  • Establish rigorous third‑party (BPO) cost governance by linking costs to operational performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across value and spend tracking.
  • Continuously improve templates, data quality controls, and cadence routines to increase speed, transparency, and stakeholder confidence in outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years minimum of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, shared services finance, or finance business partnering in a complex, global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning in complex/global environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
