Job Summary

Dura Serv is seeking a senior Accounts Receivable Manager to own end‑to‑end contract management, drive collections performance, develop a high‑performing team, and close the gap between revenue earned and revenue collected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management & Revenue Protection:
    Verify invoices reflect accurate contract terms; identify and mitigate risks of billing disputes; collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and revenue recognition teams; serve as primary customer contact for contract and billing inquiries.
  • Collections Performance:
    Coordinate collections, monitor cash receipts, reconcile payments, drive timely collection per contractual terms, monitor AR aging and collection trends, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
    Lead and develop a team of AR professionals; conduct performance reviews, set goals, and cultivate a culture of precision and urgency; analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience with proven AR and contract management expertise.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex AR portfolios, including contract billing, dispute resolution, and revenue reconciliation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel for reporting, analysis, and financial modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Cross‑functional experience with sales, finance, and legal teams in multi‑located or multi‑regional environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems used in contract‑based billing and revenue recognition.
