Job Title

You are in charge of the legal and regulatory control before payment of personnel expenses. You rely on the legislative texts and agreements in force in the establishment.

You ensure the collection of products related to remunerations.

You take charge of the personnel expenses in the general accounting of the establishment and proceed to their payment.

In the capacity of assistant, you assist your hierarchical superior on the supervision of the entire remuneration process.

Knowledge of labor law and the general principles of the civil service statute.

Knowledge of the rules of public accounting applicable to EPIC.

Good mastery of payroll and knowledge of a payroll software.

Practice of a financial and accounting management software.

Mastery of office software (Excel, Word).

Diligence, discretion, reliability, and sense of organization in the context of teamwork.
