This leader oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting for several regions in operations. • Act as the primary FP&A thought partner to regional operations Vice Presidents, link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Drive financial visibility for operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Accounting and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Own inventory and operations capex, develop processes to include reporting and tracking of inventory and Capex spend.

• Lead end‑to‑end regional financial planning and forecasting for operations, streamlining processes through automation.
• Own business case development to support Sourcing and Operations efficiency projects and present to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations teams to define and monitor KPIs, cost‑saving strategies, and capital investments-ensuring ROI targets are met.
• Support the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning for North America (US and Canada), ensuring alignment with enterprise targets.
• Own monthly/quarterly operational performance reviews for supported regions, analyze variances, and track corrective actions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key financial and operational metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

• Asset Management:
  Support internal audits of company assets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support internal audits related to operations finance.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of finance experience (prefer operations-focused roles).
• Advanced analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
• Strong communicator and proactive influential leader with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
