Treasury Analyst Job Description
Support the Treasury Manager and Senior Treasury Analyst with daily treasury operations, including online banking administration, cash reporting, and operational mailbox management. Prepare, process, and track wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers for multiple corporate entities while ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and wiring instructions are maintained. Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity is available to meet operational funding needs.
Assist with the daily investment of excess cash balances, including activity related to a cash investment portfolio of more than $200 million, as applicable. Maintain and distribute daily cash, investment, and liquidity reports to support management visibility and decision-making. Update the 13-week cash flow forecast on a daily basis and reset or refresh reporting files on a weekly basis. Maintain and manage reporting for cash sweep activity, including coordinating with vendors, obtaining key reports, and supporting invoice reconciliations.
Prepare wire support packages with appropriate evidence of approvals, supporting documentation, and bank instructions for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes. Reconcile daily treasury activity to entity records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with financial audit requests, internal control support, and documentation retention related to treasury activities. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries submitted through the Treasury Operations mailbox.
Perform other treasury, accounting, and special project duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 2 years of treasury operational experience preferred.
- Experience with cash management, payment processing, bank platforms, reconciliations, or financial reporting strongly preferred.
The position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office. Candidates should be within commuting distance of the Dallas hub.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
