The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We have full-time openings!

• Create excellent experiences for every guest
• Perform high quality services – lashes, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading
• Educate guests
• Promote products and memberships
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Team player, pursuing continued growth in the art of lashing
• Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry

• Prior eyelash extension experience
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
• Reliable with a consistent work record
• Initiates self-learning

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
