• Assist stylists by shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments with real clients.
• Help with color, cuts, and styling.
• Maintain salon cleanliness: sweep, sanitize, and keep tools, towels, and capes clean and prepped.
• Organize and restock salon supplies.
• Attend weekly training sessions on Mondays in Coppell.
• Practice new styles and techniques under expert guidance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest products and beauty technology.
• Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and teamwork while providing an amazing client experience.
• Accept and use feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain a respectful, supportive, and fun environment for clients and staff.

• Licensed—or nearly licensed—as a Texas Cosmetologist.
• Passionate about hair and beauty, with strong people skills.
• Friendly, upbeat, confident, and detail‑obsessed.
• Ability to multitask in a busy salon setting.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
