What you’ll do
A dedicated and customer‑focused Medical Receptionist thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi‑task while ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
Be the first and last person our patients encounter! As you assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience—welcoming them warmly, prepping them efficiently, and leaving a lasting, positive impression every step of the way.
Keep the front desk flowing by registering patients, managing wait times, and maintaining a warm and inviting reception area for everyone.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service via in‑person conversations, phone calls, or messaging.
Gather and double‑check patient information, handle forms and payments, and ensure everything is ready for the next visit—with a smile.
Support patients and providers by scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. We will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
Work Environment andPhysical Requirements
The medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
