Role:
Certified Orthopedic Surgical Technician, assisting in surgical procedures under RN supervision.
Responsibilities:- Prepare the operating room
- Ensure asepsis
- Assist during surgery by handling instruments and supplies
- Scrub and support surgeons
- Manage room turnover
- Collaborate with RNs for clinical decision-making
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certified as a Surgical Tech
- With at least one year of OR experience
- Valid BCLS certification
- Practical and technical expertise in surgical procedures, instrument handling, and maintaining asepsis.
